I saw Signs(spoiler warning)
Dont worry, I wont give too much away. Let me just start off by saying GO SEE THIS MOVIE NOW. Im not easily impressed by movies(I didnt like lord of the rings), but this movie impressed me. Truly frightening. Its what you dont see thats scary. It was better than 6th sense, and unbreakable. (both directed by M. Night Shamalan). You will never look at corn fields the same way again. Peirod. Anyone else seen it? be sure to warn those who havent seen it of possible spoilers.

At first, I thought this movie was gonna be another steaming pile of horse poo. But I might actually see it now.

I am seeing this movie on Tuesday with some of my friends! It looks so good. I heard the director really captures the quietness and spookyness in the entire movie.

Well when it comes to startling moments I just don't seem to get startled anymore... I mean sometimes I did... I think maybe I kinda jumped at one part of Signs, although I forgot which one
But I can almost always predict when something's gonna pop out... I guess it's cuz I've watched so many horror movies and played games like RE so much
As for me just saying stuff like "Yeah it was good"... I suck at rating movies... I like pretty much anything...
Guy: That movie rocked!
Me: Yeah it was good
then about another movie...
Guy: Man that movie blows!
Me: It was OK...

So what do you think is the scariest movie you have seen? With all those horror movies.

My brother thought the name up, and I'm not really the hand of death
But errmmm... I can't say which movie scared me the most... just cuz none of them really scared me that much
Sometimes I get scared by books though... Like Stephen King books... because I get to imagine things for myself, and it always ends up being my scarier than things in the Stephen King movies that I've seen... Pet Semetary, The Shining, Children of the Corn... a couple more...
Along with all 3 exorcist movies... 5 of the halloween movies... a couple friday the 13th movies... Amityville horror... and then a number of non-series movies... Yeah... Sixth Sense, What Lies Beneath... a lot mo... fo sho... Then horror movies that are considered horror, but don't even try to be scary... like Interview with the Vampire (Which you should all see or I'll kill you )
but I dunno which is scurriest...
I think I might have said this at Ndose.net (if you saw it), but even though the movies don't really scare me that much, for some reason it's like my fav. genre pretty much... I just like the whole feel of ze movies even if it doesn't scare me (^_^
By ze way, aren't we a bit off topic?

Okay first off, this isnt your normal scary movie. Its like the Eternal Darkness of movies, in a sense. Your scared of what you dont see. Even when I know its coming, it still got my heart racing. That scene in the Cornfield was incredible, along with the birthday scene(my favorite in the movie), and the pantry scene, and of course the ending was great. This is not a movie about crop circle's. Not at all. Its so much more. This movie blows Unbrakable and Sixth sense away completly. Easily the best movie I have seen in 2 years, minimum. M. Night Shamalan is a god. WOOT!!!!

*Spoiler warning*
Just got back from the movie. It was pretty good. A lot more funny/sad/moving than scary. The end with the alien sort of didn't feel right, along with the hand that reached under the door before they ran into the basement. Both seemed very fake. Also if the alien was suppose to be so damn fast why didn't it move faster when it went up against the baseball bat, and the one in Brazil caught on hom camera? And the whole dying from water thing was so stupid. M. Night's not a bad actor though. Did his part pretty well.
