Xbox Vs Ps2 Vs Gcn Vs GBA

Answer the poll dammit

Also after you've done that, state your reasons (and place them in order from 1st to last (like I will do now). It don't need to be this long though.

1) GCN:- I need a new Mario game. I've been playing SO MANY of these potentially good platformers (yes even the Rare ones). Some include Ape Escape, Sonic Adventure 2, Jak and Daxter. To me these are great, but nothing gets more excited than a new Mario platformer.

Zelda is another reason. A game that looks, plays and feels like an animated cartoon adventure will be such a great change from the norm. I'm so looking forward to this and with my new boot disk, I'll import the US version!

Metroid as well. Loved it on the SNES and looking forward to playing it on the GC as a First Person Adventure.

Let's not forget Star Fox Adventures, Eternal Darkness, Mario Kart, Mario Party, Super Monkeyball 2, Soul Calibur 2, a FF game and a host of other games I'm forgetting.

2) PS2:- Well even though the big guns are out, there are still many many great games to come to the Ps2 for me.

GTA:Vice City, THPS4, Ratchet and Clank, Socom, FFIX, SH3!

3) GBA:- Metroid Prime, Rockman (insert number here), Super Mario Advance 3, new Castlevania game.

4) Xbox:- Project Ego, Splinter Cell, Blinx, Ninja Gaiden and Defender Of the Crown (used to love this game on AMiga and C64).

Well basically it's games preference for me. Hence the above list

1)GCN - It has the variety. Theres Mario, Zelda, SFA, Metroid, Skies Of Arcadia, plus it has the almighty online RPG known as PSO.

(Basically everything that you said about GCN).

2)PS2- I chose PS2 second because most of the upcoming games that I want are RPGs...so it doesnt really have the variety IMO. But games like Suikoden III, Star Ocean 3, Xenosaga, Legaia 2, RPG Mkaer 2 and Final Fantasy XI are all worth owning. I'm not really interested in PS2's non-rpg games, because I can beat most of them when I rent them.

3)Xbox - hmm..I guess Panzer Dragoon Orta looks nice...and it has Shenmue 2...other than that I don't much of its upcoming line up because I don't pay attention to Xbox that much.

I won't count GBA.

1)GCN - Well, so many great games coming out between now and next year. Mario, Metroid, Zelda, Star Fox, All the RE's, Animal Crossing, PSO, etc, etc....
2)Ummm......
3)Ummm......
4)Ummm......

I guess I haven't really payed much attention to the other consoles. Don't really have a set order, but a few notable games are GTA:?, THPS4(All systems), Shenmue II, Metroid Fusion, and whatnot.

*Oh yeah, bobcat. Its Metroid Fusion, not Metroid Prime.

3.Xbox- Project Ego, Panzer Dragoon, Shenmue II.

Well I think PS2 has a really nice lineup... There may not be a whole lot of good games (that we know of, at least), but there are some good'uns... Unless you're Gekko, that is... GTA: VC, SH3, Kingdom Hearts, Onimusha 2, FFXII (Yeah I know it's a ways off, but still)... and a couple other RPGs that are supposed to be good that I can't remember the name of

But still, NGC has a bit better lineup... Zelda, Mario, Metroid, Star Fox Adventures, Star Fox, F-Zero, and a few more... yep yep...

So I'd say NGC, PS2, Xbox, then GBA... cuz I don't follow GBA

True... true. GTA: VC -- Suckage. SH3 -- Suckage. Kingdom Hearts -- Gayness. Onimusha 2 -- Good. FFXII -- Suckage.

Kingdom Hearts gets a special "gayness" cause I don't trust Square to make a good game, and mix Disney into the mix and it just looks stupid. They should've put it on Gamecube where everyone would call it kiddy and no one would buy it. At least then I wouldn't have to see it

Anyway. I vote GC. Mario ownz. Zelda looks sweet as hell. Samus is my bitch. Fox... he might have a decent title, I worry about his furry ass. Monkey Ball 2... creamage! PSO... heaven. And RE 0 and 4 are win! Not to mention I really want to play Mario Kart, Mario Party 4, Namco's Starfox, F-Zero, and all those games.

PS2 - They got nothing besides SOCOM, Onimusha 2, and Devil May Cry. I may be forgetting some, but I didn't see anyone else mention them. But... they also got that l33t company called Sega, making me purchase Shinobi, Gungrave and Bass Fishing Duel. Also, I'm pissed that I won't get to play Shakkato Tambourine. So I wouldn't mind watching the Sony execs bleed to their slow and painful death. They should be paying Sega the big bucks to bring it stateside.

Xbox - Sega is its only saving grace

Sega GT 2002, House of the Dead III, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Toe Jam & Earl 3, and Shenmue II. Xbox has some other good games coming for it... wait, no they don't

Project Ego could be great, but I have my doubts that they'll pull it off in a fashion where I actually enjoy it.

Super Mario Sunshine (Gayest commercial ever.)
Zelda (It's Zelda dammit!)
Metriod Prime(Hopefully there will be a fully 3D out of suit Samus at the end. *drool*)
F-Zero (Favorite futuristic racing game. Pico kicks ass.)
Phantasy Star Online v.1&2 (After watching so much .hack//SIGN I'm itching to play this game)
Star Fox Adventures (So purty and foxy.)
Star Fox (Loved Star Fox 64. Need I say more?)
Mario Kart (Couldn't show a single screenshot because it would reveal the big change to the title. Makes ya wonder.)
Kirby (Rumors of a new Kirby game based on the anime.)
Roll-A-Ramma (The game that replaced the new Kirby Tilt-n-Tumble. Sounds very cool.)
Soul Caliber 2 (Need to see this addition of Link.)
Animal Crossing (Live as a scary deformed child in a world of animals. Sweet.)
Sonic Adventure (Never played it. Want to.)
Sonic Mega Pak (2D Sonic goodness.)

Game Boy Advance:
Kirby (Looks to play just like Kirby Super Star but with more abilities.)
Metriod Fusion (Twice the Samus. Twice the goodness.)
Golden Sun 2: The Lost Age (Wanna find out what happnes.)
Rockman & Forte (Best Rockman game ever!)
Rockman Zero (Was pretty good but so much text that I'll need the US version.)
Sonic Advance 2 (First one kept me entertained for hours on end.)

I think that GCN has the best upcoming line up. I mean, Mario, Metroid, Star Fox and Zelda... That is just amazing.

Then PS2. There are a bunch of games that I want to get. SOCOM, GTA:VC, NBA 2K3 (all systems, but whatever), Ratchet and Clank... and many more...

Don't really follow the box... And I haven't bought any GBA game since Super Circuit... Looking at some of the FPSs, though.

Well, i think that Gamecube defenitely has the best lineup for this year and some of next year...Zelda...but i think ps2 has some good games coming out, and i havent heard to many greta things bout xbox.
