don't don't get my title wrong...it has some good games...but it can't even come close to competing with PS2...first and foremost of all AMPED SUX second, WRECKLESS:YAKUZA MISSIONS SUX, and most of the other games that i didn't bother remembering the names of suck 2

The Xbox library is pretty weak right now. Halo, Morrowind, Hunter, Rallisport, and MotoGP are the only grade "A" titles on Xbox. Many flops like JSRF, Gunvalkyrie, DOA3, Amped, Bloodwake, Nightcaster, Azurik, and etc.

Things will get better with Xbox Live...

IMO JSRF is the best title on X-Box so go figure.

Sure the X-Box is lacking games, but GCN is lacking them even more and the PS2 didn't get ANYTHING good for the last 4 months. So all consoles are low on quality games.

The X-Box does look cool, with lots of action/adventure games and stuff, but they all got bad reviews except one or two.

JSRF wasn't a flop. If you like the original, the sequel ruled. If you didn't, it's not your game.

And Amped sucked, big time. So did a lot of the "amazing" launch Xbox lineup. Remember all the hype surrounding Shrek? Can't name a DOA game that was great. DOA3 was even said to be a graphically beautiful DOA2:HC )which sucked) but Xbox fans just didn't believe it.

Anywho, it has some nice sports games, not much else I care for. I like my Gamecube far better, cause it still has much better games.

Xbox has a good future, but this fall still belongs to GC. Xbox will be online, Xbox will definetly recieve the most online support. So if you want to go online in a wide variety of titles, get an Xbox. Because Xbox 2 will likely change Microsoft's online gaming plans for the worse.

Why do members feel the need to create topics in the XBox forum about how much it "sucks"? Why are people who don't like it so concerned about it that just have to post a new thread? Ugh.

Anyway, I know a LOT of Gamecube fans who even admit that the Gamecube lineup was pretty weak until Eternal Darkness was released. Thst a long time to have a weak line-up.

As for the fall releases, we lets just chalk that up to an issue of taste. Personally I think the XBox is going to have one of the best holiday lineups ever, for any console

Ya, and I know a lot who think it had a great lineup. I know a lot of Xbox fans who think Xbox's lineup blows.

Maybe it's cause 90% of the games on today's market sucks. Ya, I think that's it.

I think that XBox's line up was stronger because of the number of choices. A number of the games might not have been that great, but at least they were there to rent and try out for yourself.

The Gamecube on the other hand basically had its launch line up and then... Res Evil months later. That is poor planning. SSBM and Rougue Leader may be 2 good to great titles (I'll just say great since I've never played them so they deserve the benefit of the doubt) but it's not much to tide you over a few months.

I would rather have mildly entertaining games to play for a stretch than nothing, which was the alternative that Nintendo gave you.

Each consoles has it's ups and downs.

Remeber how PS2 was kicking as a short time ago... look at it now. Simply pathetic, but give it a few months and it will kicking more ass than last year. So things change too fast to make topics like this.

Recently none of the consoles have had any great games.(maybe w/ the exception of ED) Hopefully things will start to get better during the fall season. But until then I'll be playin' my SNES.

It's a games forum.

People post their opinions.

People are probably posting threads about the Xbox "sucking" coz it does to them.

It does to me right now as well. I hope the future does show more promise.

I've seen the upcoming titles, and unfortunately I'm still not convinced. Many unknown titles that could possibly have potential.

I'm only playing Ps2 and GC. Xbox is just sitting there..................SITTING THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well do you have JSRF, Morrowind, Rallisport?? These are must haves.

GC?? What the hell can you be playing on the GCN?? The only decent title out is SSB:M here in Europe and Australia.

I just think you need to do a bit more research on the games, because the X-Box surely has potential and it HAS good games out RIGHT NOW. It's not my fault you missed out JSRF; it was the lone reason I got the X-Box over a GCN.

Just wait till we get Sega GT 2002... probably will better than GT3.

Just a word of advice... if you miss out Panzer Dragon: Orta; you my friend are a moron. (Go get a Saturn, and see what you missed out last gen; I'm speaking of Panzer Dragoon)

Panzer Dragoon: Orta

So now go get a Saturn for 80 euros with a Panzer Dragoon, and believe me soon you'll be all hyped up about this game.

LOL!!! Do you really think that 90% of the people who crirticize about the XBox actually OWN one? So, if they don't own one, how does it suck to them?

Bobcat, you don't like your XBox right now, which I think is on your head really cause there are a lot og good-great games for it right now, yet I don't see you startng threads in this forum screaming abou how much you loathe you Box. You don't see XBox fans starting threads in the GC forum screaming about the GC's MONTHS of weak games.

Yet massively critical threads are posted CONSTANTLY in this forum. Lets just ignore the fact that most of these threads are unfounded and ignorant, and just admit that they are whiny, pointless and annoying.
