Question is this a good firewall

i just got NeoWatch and NeoTrace, they're called something different now cause mcaffee or whatever their name is bought em, but it is still the same product. i think it is pretty sweet. this guy was pinging me so i traced it, figured out he was from russia, was tryijng to connect to my kazaa port, found out his latitude and longitude (shrugs) along with a bunch of other stuff, and then banned his ip. i had zone alarm before, the free version.

so is this a good firewall? should i stick with zone alarm? are both $h!t and i should get a new one?

Zone Alarm was the biggest piece of s**t I ever used -- it shut off your whole internet when you lock it.. the one you have now sounds much better, because it allowed you to block his IP address. I'm not much of an expert on stuff like this, but the one you have now sounds like a good one.

actually being Aable to shut of your net-access when you might be under a "hacker's attack" is good because it closes everything and safeguards your PC better, erspcially if the Hacker has a rotating IP address, which is why I like ZonAlaram PRO, I HATE MacCaffe Firewall, it never worked on either of my PC's and it screwed up a ton of my stuff, MacCafee VirusScan on the other hand was great though, oh, and as for why I'm back so soon, I havern't finioshed bvacking up my HDD, but when I do I'm sending my PC for repairs, and I'll probably be a good month without my PC while AilenWare pokes and Prods at it to see what the problem is.

If you've got a MaCaffe Firewall working, that's good, but I'd stick with Zonalarm PRO if I were you, MaCaffe Firewall was a royal pain for me.

That's the whole POINT of an internet lock...
If you really must, you can let certain programs bypass it if you want, but if your trojanned then you're also fuxx0red.
