LOL @ canoeing and cycling. Seriously who wants to pretend to do that in their living room? Maybe I'm old fashioned because I have actually canoed/kayaked many times in real life, and I own a bike (who doesn't), but I think those look lame.
Wii Golf is in my opinion the best game. Golf in real life is expensive and hard to get into. That makes living room golf awesome. Not to mention the Wii-mote emulates golf near perfectly.
I also expressed disappointment to BaB about Basketball. Again, I've played a lot of basketball back before college. I'd much rather just go to the gym or my driveway and throw the ball around in real life than trying to emulate the motion of shooting a basketball with the Wii-mote. Shooting a basketball has become a very natural motion for me in real life, and I seriously feel like I wouldn't get any satisfaction out of doing it with the Wii.
That's just my take. Otherwise the game looks refined.
Cycling looks fun because it looks like there may be some depth to it. A couple things I picked up from the video were drafting and keeping a pace that doesn't tire you out.

Flying looks lame. What a barebones, ugly map. Screw it, it's not even stylized heavy so as to excuse the lack of texturing. Well, I won't be purchasing this because I never play my wii though so meh
wii bowling was ok, but merely that. I say bah to cheapass developers who allot more money to the advertising of a soggish game than the thing itself.
