Ah, kids. Reminds me of the South Park molestation episode.
I would have called the girl's bluff and informed my supervisor and then told the mother about the threat. Enforcing that behavior is bad times...there was a video online a few weeks ago about a cab driver who got accused of rape by 4 female riders (who were smoking in the cab and being bitches). The cab video proved he was innocent, but when he spoke to the police officers the cops said the girls wouldn't get in any trouble (mind you these were 4 ladies in their 20s). So the cab driver is suing the 4 bitches for defamation. He said in an interview how his life would be ruined, his name ruined, his job ruined, his marriage compromised if he didn't have that video proving his innocence. I mean that's some fucked up shit, 4 girls cry "rape" because they were upset because the cab driver asked them to get out for smoking, they didn't pay the fare, and the girls don't even get into trouble unless the guy sues them.
So yeah. Next time slap that girl and call her bluff.
