I wonder if gamers could make a lawsuit out of this since anyone who bought the game at launch that wanted to play as Yoda or Vader was forced to buy a system-specific edition of the game.

That would be funny. Especially if Soul Calibur lost and was forced to pay millions in damages to the swindled buyers.

Not really as far as I know, its been known that Yoda and Darth Vader were on both copies as code. They just needed a way to unlock it, but maybe I hang out in the wrong crowds.
