Dyne's Blog - Final - Pokemans
Well, this forum looks like it's not getting much activity. I think we'll have to axe it soon.
Anyways, my Pokemon party at level 51. I guess this is a question aimed towards Fox 6 - am I ready for the Elite Four?
Crobat - Fly, Dark Pulse, Sludge Bomb, Confuse Ray
Torterra - Earthquake, Solar Beam, Giga Drain, Cut
Garchomp - Rock Climb, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw, Dig
Luxray - Thunder, Thunderbolt, Charge, Crunch
Golduck - Zen Headbutt, Surf, Waterfall, Confusion
Dialga - Flash Cannon, Roar of Time, Dragon Claw, Ancient Power
I don't really miss having a fire. Crobat is ridiculously strong and is able to pick up the pieces, hahah. Plus I gave it a lot of stat-boosting items in order for it to evolve (it needs insane happiness). Its speed is one of the best in the game. As for others, I want to dearly change Dialga's Ancient Power, Luxray's Charge, Golduck's Confusion, and Torterra's Cut (even though I have to stick with that. )
Also, I'm considering removing Dialga because I just got a Lucario egg (or whatever its lower evolution is). Is it worth it? His stats are honestly pretty good.

Re: Dyne's Blog - Final - Pokemans
Many of the Elite 4 pokemon are in the 60s for levels.....
There are some trainers that stand out that just piss you the hell off and are really hard. Dragon guy is the worst took me more than 5 trys to beat him. So Id say no. You can save first than go in and see what youre up against, just turn it off if youre in over your head. I much prefer Hitmonchan over any other fitghing type. His stats are high and he learns many elemental moves that are effective agaisnt his weak types excpet phys pokemon.

He's got really good stats compared to other water pokemon. What else would you suggest? I was going to go with Kingdra but I already have two dragons.

Re: Dyne's Blog - Final - Pokemans
I'm not that far on in it, I only have 4 badges, maybe even 3. I forget.
My team that I use consistently isn't all too amazing. I don't have my DS in front of me, but I believe the stats are as follows:
Staraptor - Level 39
Prinplup - Level 26
Ponyta - Level 25
Pikachu - Level 18
Gyrados - Level 27
Budew - Level 25

Re: Dyne's Blog - Final - Pokemans
I can't even think about Milotic yet, you can't get the super rod until after Elite Four.
Anyways, I don't like Water/Dragons. Too many open holes. Golduck's pure water type matches up well consistently and the psychic moves help a ton. I think he'll be an excellent driving force once he has psychic. Zen Headbutt is great, but it's a physical move, and Golduck excels at Special attack.

I haven't opened it yet.
No worries.
It was only 40 bucks.
Did it come out today, or a few days ago? I just remember it came out around now, and I saw it today - so I grabbed it.
