The number us North Americans dread to call. Finally called it today about my malfuntioning box and boy, was it a phone call. Such a phone call...well not really but technically yes.

It kept beeping at me and making strange noises. And the robot kept cutting me off and then shutting me up....

Also, they left me a message today and said they needed to speak with me right away.. I don't get it. What would they need to speak with ME about?
