Default Classic Arcade Games

So at work they put in an arcade machine with something like 100 games on it. Its got Bubble Bobble, Joust, Street Fighter II, 1942 and the list goes on. I play it on my breaks and its quite fun. Anyone here have any stories or favorite games they want to share?

A few years back there was a Primal Rage arcade game at a near by ice arena. For those who dont know it is a fighter but with dinosaurs and monsters and junk. I got pretty good with the "Vertigo" snake monster thing. So good that I was taking challenges. Man those were the days. :P

My favourite arcade game is Marble Madness.

Okay, I don't know if it's actually an arcade game, but I have it for the NES, and it's fucking fantastic.

I can remember they had the following at the local Indoor Cricket center when I was in elementary school, and we used to crowd around them between innings. Man, those afternoons were fun.

Final Lap 3
Simpsons Beat-em up
Mortal Kombat
Snow Bros.
Street Fighter II

Awesome times.

Man I miss arcades. So much fun.

The Simpsons side scrolling beat-em-up
The Xmen beat-em-up
and there was this one other awesome robot game that I can't remember the name of it. Two robots fighting in an arena and you used two joy sticks to play. Best game ever

The only real arcade game I ever played was a Die Hard game, together with my brother. I stole one of his 3 lives when I had spent all mine.

Ah, Marble Madness... I hadn't played that game in 20 years, I tried it again last week. Was nice.

You're talking about Virtual On, right? It was a brilliant game. I had it on Sega Saturn and played it to death!

My most memorable arcade experience was playing Marvel vs. Capcom (it might have been 2, I can't remember) one one of the arcade machines outside of Wal Mart. I loved being able to play as all the different comic book characters.

I now own the game for the ps2, which I was surprised to learn is selling on ebay for anywhere from $80 - $100, because of it's rarity and demand.

Another awesome experience was playing a Street Fighter game (can't remember which) in an arcade while on vacation in Tennessee. This was only a few years ago, but the machine was older and only cost 25 cents to play, and you could play for a very long time on that amount of money. I spent almost an entire night on it.
