So Im sure everyone is familiar with the Call of Duty franchise and its WWII roots. For the 4th installment however Infinity Ward decided to step outside the 1940s and into the modern age, and it couldnt be better!
This game is by far the most beautiful FPS ive ever played, hands down.
What does the GT community think about this game? Why havent more of you bought it?
The story is bloody brilliant, and keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole way. Not to mention you will tear your hair out trying to beat it on the Veteran setting. Trust me.
However, the multiplayer is where this game shines. IW has added a perk system, allowing each player to choose how they are equipped going into the battle.
There are many game types, and maps for each persons taste. The biggest change is the presteige system. As a person ranks up they unlock better perks and weapons to use in combat. The weapons are numerous and diverse.
Each weapon may have an add on. For instace you can put a silencer on and have your UAV jammer perk (which keeps you off RADAR) and be a ninja of sorts. Or one might mount a m203 grenade launcher and pwn teh n00bzorz, its really up to you. You get multiple custom slots to create your classes. Headshots when aquired in large numbers also give access to new Camo for your selected tool of death.
We dont seem to have many on GT who play but hopefully that will change. If Youve been overlooked post in here and you will be added.

Call of Duty is a bit of a bitch for me, I sometimes enjoy it but I really have to be in the mood to play it but when I am in the mood then you can't stop me. But I've been weary on it lately because Infinity Ward is neglecting this on the PS3. They're giving some bullshit reason why they can't pop rumble into it but that's bogus because every PS3 game (launch titles included) except Hot Shots 5 have rumble.
Now rumble doesn't seem like a big deal but everyone knows it's not much of a deal for IW to add it in via a patch but they won't do it and it's bullshit because it's the most played game online on the PS3 and many owners have gone out and gotten themselves a new Dualshock Controller lately.
I haven't played in a while but when I did play, I played the hell out of it. Online is addicting, I would stay up a couple hours past when I intended to sleep on several occasions. I got around level 50-52 and my kill ratio was about 1.3. I intend on playing more, though.
