I'm thinking the name should directly refer to Gametavern, giving GT some well needed advertising. Out of the ones listed, Cowboys of Rhetoric sounds most like us. But maybe along with a direct reference, like GTCOR, but something less stupid and long and boring.

Well, we could just generically call it "GameTavern Clan" and then pick different names for each game.
EDIT: GT CORE sounds really good.
