Re: WoW: Burning Crusade Rerolls
I'm rolling a Draenei. Don't know what kind yet.
My brother got bored of his 60 Human Paladin and rolled an Orc Warlock and I'll be levelling him up while I'm at school to help him out.

Re: WoW: Burning Crusade Rerolls
I reached level 35 as a paladin and then just stopped playing after I got a Wii and a 360. No time to play everything.

Re: WoW: Burning Crusade Rerolls
After 70 days of playtime, I quit WoW. My Gnome warlock was 1 of the best 5 equipped on the server. I didn't delete anything, just in case, but I don't plan on returning. And I don't want TBC.

Re: WoW: Burning Crusade Rerolls
I think I'll be back playong WoW again. I just found out they've shortened a lot of the new dungeons (or more appropriately, segmented them), so you'll have better luck finding groups and also questing won't take a day or so to complete.
That was my biggest problem with WoW. Once you got to high levels, questing just took too much time. I found myself sending more time helping out lower level guild mates than trying to further my character simply because it took far less time. Being engaged, buying a house and having a full time + job, I just didn't have time to dedicate to the game. Now maybe I'll be able to again.
`
Oh, I'll be rolling a Draenei Shaman, bitches. `Bout time the alliance got a Shaman.

Re: WoW: Burning Crusade Rerolls
I sold my account. I felt dirty doing it, but frankly, it's the only way to be sure I'll never just start back up again.
WoW got to be something that I just did without thinking about it whenever I was bored. I already had all of the T2 and half of T3 gear on my Priest. I'd explored Naxx and everything before it. I went Shadow and grinded the honor system out. There was just nothing left for me to do and yet I was continuing to play.
So as I said, I just decided to sell the account off. So far I think it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I go out a lot more with friends and am feeling a lot better than I had, so it was just the right decision for me. I think MMOGs are just not good for people like me; I always feel like I have to beat a game into the ground before I'm done with it.
As amazing as BC looks, I'm hoping the fact that I'd have to start all over again will be enough of a dissuasion that I won't break down and get it.

Re: WoW: Burning Crusade Rerolls
Exactly my feelings. My life is a little bit better without WoW.
And no Neo, I'm not paying, I think I paid 2 weeks for almost nothing, because I was playing my Wii then, I logged on 3 times to chat and say goodbye.

Re: WoW: Burning Crusade Rerolls
WoW feels so wrong, but so right...
I have 3 lvl 60s, but none of them have good gear (I find new characters and the bulk of the game to be more fun than mindlessly running the same instances a hundred times over to get slightly better gear... Strat/scholo/UBRS was as deep as I could ever make myself go with the "endgame")...
My account is inactive as of a couple weeks ago, but I would have started it up again if I got my hands on the CE of BC to go with my CE of WoW... But alas...
And now that I don't feel the rush to buy the game, I'm gonna hold off...
Hopefully forever...
But that's doubtful...

Re: WoW: Burning Crusade Rerolls
Got a BE on Ravenholdt. Sh*t be kickin. New starting areas seem cool enough. Hopped on my previous lvl60 character and made the journey to outland. Took my horse around each of the areas, very very cool, I really look forward to going there.
Really wish they would've added some new mid-lvl areas. Once I hit 20 its like back to the barrens or something...meh
