How many games will you have by the end of the year???

I myself plan on having between 12-15 titles for Xbox and GameCube by year-end. What about you?

Well, between GC and PS2, I'm guessing I'll get about 10 games or so. Could be less because I can only think of about 4 or 5 at the moment. There are always a few surprises though, so that'll push it into double digits.

Do games we already own count? Cuz if so I already have 11 PS2 games (bought Dynasty Warriors 3 today ) and soon to be 12 (gonna get BG: DA in a week or so) and I'll probably get at least 3-5 more games with my own money before the end of the year... then of course Christmas which would bring maybe 1 or 2 more... But anyways, I'll just say 20, give or take a couple and if you don't count games I already own... them umm... let's say... 8...

but that's counting if I don't buy an NGC... and I might not... I might wait until early 2003 after getting my Xmas and Bday money...

but meh... maybe I'll get a job... then I'll have an NGC too, and those game numbers will be much higher...

I'll probably buy $10-$15 for PS2 and GCN. I may buy more, depends if I get a job at GameStop this summer.

More than likely, about 100 between Xbox, PS2, and GC. But I'm not sure. Personally, I'm getting sick of owning all 3 consoles. My list of games that I need to play and finish is growing, and new games keep coming out. DMC, Soul Raver 2, MGS2, GTA3, Extreme G3, Shenmue II, Halo (waiting for Mac), RtCW, Ghost Recon, Operation Flashpoint, Myst III, etc. Then we got the new games coming out, like Sonic Adventure 2, which I never had a chance to finish on DC. Skies was the same way. Don't even get me started on PSOv2. 200 hours in PSO, bout 1 in PSOv2.

So maybe not that many games. Personally, I'm cheering as the good games get delayed. I need to catch up before they're released.

here's an idea...

If you = Too busy playing a game or two at the time... then don't buy another game until you're done...

When I am really into one game and I go and buy another, I usually play one and just ignore the other... it's like a temporary waste of money for me... and who knows, maybe by the time I am done with the one game, the other game will cost 5 or 10 bucks less and I can save a bit of money...

but hmm... maybe... that's not even YOU'RE money that's buying those games...

Ya, but a new game comes out, and I want to play it. But I'm already caught up in another game.

Believe it or not, NHL Hitz is getting most of my time. Why? I'm not really sure. Played through franchise mode twice, almost done with Championship, and almost done with my friend's franchise team.

Don't ask why. It's like NHL Hitz, which I've played to death, vs. DMC. Easy choice, but I always go back to NHL Hitz.

Hmmm...for PS2, about 10-12

for GBA, probably about 5 (unless they announce Donkey Kong Country 4, of which I'll buy 100 copies )

and I'm getting a Gamecube when Mario comes out (I'm guessing Holiday Season 2002)...

And I'll probably get about 3 games for it by year's end (I still want Rogue Leader)

So that's, uh...About 18-20...let's just say 20

Hmm thus far my list contains 5 GC games that I want to get this year plus the 7 I own.. factor in 2-3 oddballs I might purchase.. the GBA games I want and it comes out to about 20 total

Yes, they do. And by the way, I meant 12-15 titles for Xbox, and 12-15 for GCN, not combined. In your sense of "between the two", then it'll equal up to 24-30 titles by 2k3.

Well, I currently have 5 games for the Xbox and one for the GameCube. I'll probably get 10-15 for Xbox this year and 5-10 for GameCube. Add in 5 for Game Boy Advance. So I'll probably get 26-36 titles this year.

I figure around 12. I have 4 now for GCN and I'll probably buy 4 for the PS2 I plan to get and 4 more for GCN. Three of them will be from Christmas and 5 will be from my own money.
