You, the weather, and that star that's awfully close
Someone will say it's nice a day and I'll ask them why. Does warm weather and a shining sun make it nice? Everyone has different tastes. What do you prefer?
I like chilly cloudy days to warm sunny ones. I prefer the garb that goes with the weather. If I can wear a hoodie and hat I'm a happy camper. I'll pick night over day 99% of the time. Feel more at home in darkness. Plus if I don't have classes or work to get to I always seem to revert to a nocturnal cycle.

I guess it depends. A lot of sunlight tends to make things visually attractive, but cold, cloudy days have a certain beauty, too. It depends on how I feel, I guess.

I prefer chilly days. Generally, I like it when the sun is not shining. Although, occasionally it is a nice change.

I love the night.
One of my favorite things in the world is taking a walk on a clear night with someone to talk to.

Re: You, the weather, and that star that's awfully close
well i prefer winter over the summer, even though i do like doing stuff outside.
mainly because of the blistering heat and damn mosquitoes
but I do like a nice cloudy/snowy day most of the time.

Swan mentioned taking a walk at night...
Me too, I love taking a walk or laying outside on a night when I can see all the stars with someone special.

I don't prefer any type of weather, really. I'm just fond of a good storm.

Warm, cloudy days. I hate bright light and I hate the cold.

Re: You, the weather, and that star that's awfully close
I like all the four seasons and the cold hot warm cool temperate rain cloudy thunderstorm windy snow or anything else they offer -- but only so much of any one of them at a time.
Buuuut clear, temperate weather is my favorite, night or day, ie. typical spring or fall weather. ie. San Diego anytime of the year.... ****ing San Diego bastards, so lucky...

Re: You, the weather, and that star that's awfully close
I am a creature of the night. I literally feel like a vampire in the mornings when I have to get ready for school. When I take a shower in the naturally lit showering room in the morning I initially cover my eyes from the blinding sunshine and hiss like a cat. I also take my dog for walks at night. I like the darkness because it's quiet and desolate.

Re: You, the weather, and that star that's awfully close
different strokes for different folks...most people consider warm, sunny weather 'nice weather'...traditionally, anyways
I like 20 degrees (thats like...I dunno, around 70 for you american folk) with a bit of white cloud to cover up the sun every now and then
Mainly because I think sunlight has a positive effect on my mood, and I love playing basketball, golf and football.
