Re: You got your Powerball yet?
$340 American? Wow, that is a lot of money. What can one person do with all that? I would be so unimpressed if the winner didn't donate at least 40 million dollars to charities.

Re: You got your Powerball yet?
I personally wouldn't want that much money. It would probably just make me unhappy.

Re: You got your Powerball yet?
Okay, well if the person gets 200 million, I would be unimpressed if he/she didn't donate about 30 million of that... Because that is just a ridiculous amount of money, lol.

Re: You got your Powerball yet?
What would you do with the money if you won it?
I would:
1. pay off all of my college loans
2. donate money to cancer research
3. buy a new car
4. get gifts for my friends and loved ones
5. get a sweet entertainment system

It's another night in hell, Another child won't live to tell
Can you imagine what it's like to starve to death
And as we sit free and well, Another soldier has to yell
Tell my wife and children I love them in his last breath
C'mon now amen, amen, amen

What the hell jeepnut's slave. You managed to post my exact same list before I even typed it out.
That would be pretty awesome to have a balance of $15,000 on my University account.
And as for the cancer research thing, my annual run usually makes about a several hundred thousand. Now bump that up 30 million and we have a memorable run.

Re: You got your Powerball yet?
I would by some property just outside of my university, and build a massive house, and have like 20 of my closest friends living there, free of charge of course. I would also go on a tour of the world, and go to historic war sites and classic rock sites. I would also have a bad ass gym in my new house, with no machines, only free weights.
I would also seriously look into many, many charities. If I had 200 Million in my pocket, I could guarantee that close to half of that amount would go to charities. Heck, maybe even more, who knows. I wouldn't really need all that money!

Re: You got your Powerball yet?
I would probably do the same things as that list...except where it says pay off college stuff, I'd put some away for it.

Re: You got your Powerball yet?
I would spend it all on myself. I would begin by having a replica of Hearst castle built for me to live in. Then I would buy tons of merchandise and some really expensive vehicles. I would quit school and then live like Typhoid. He's independently wealthy and he's not obligated to ever work.

Yeah, and $340 is what you get if you choose to receive it in... Either monthly or yearly payments over a large number of years...
Most people opt for the lump sum, which lowers the winnings a bit as well...
So you win less than $340, PLUS take away taxes, PLUS there's the possibility that there would be more than 1 winner, in which case they would split the jackpot...
.... But nah... I don't know if they have powerball in VA..... I know DC does, but that's aaallllll the way across the river...
