Apple's iPhone and the iPod Nano
The iPod Nano is unlike anything you've ever seen with some critics calling it one of the top 10 greatest inventions of the century.

Alongside this marvelous wonder also comes Apple's iPhone. The very first of its kind. The iPhone is a cellular phone that can play music and comes loaded with iTunes. This has never been done before!

In what looks to be a move to gain more ground in the digital world, Apple has single-handedly turn the technological world upside-down on its head. Everyone is completely blown away!

Re: Apple's iPhone and the iPod Nano
Ummm...I know it's GameMaster speaking, but are you joking? Or maybe you're quoting some site... Whatever...
The Nano looks nice, I don't care about the phone. But I'm quite happy with my Sony HD3, and I couldn't care less about the iPod anymore...

Re: Apple's iPhone and the iPod Nano
nano just replaces the ipod mini/shuffle i believe, or at very least the ipod mini. they said it comes in 1gig and a 4gig model?
as much as i'd like a slim one like that, and ipod is still easily top tog in terms of mp3 players still. but, no way i'd give up the extra space of a normal ipod for a slim one with only 4gigs.
hopfully sometime soon they redo the normal ipod and make it slimer.

Re: Apple's iPhone and the iPod Nano
Nano is very yummy looking. me wants but price is a little high. Maybe a price drop and I'll get it.
Phone? Feh. If it was on Verizon and looked a little better, I'd consider it. Cingular never held enough interest for me

not really an idea. just the continuing process of making everything smaller.

Re: Apple's iPhone and the iPod Nano
The Nano is just a smaller and less capacity(depending on which model) version of the Mini. With a color screen. And GM is calling it one of the greatest inventions of the century. Thats like me saying....
well I cant think of a good comparison right now, but you get the idea.

Re: Apple's iPhone and the iPod Nano
It's not the iPhone, it's the Motorola ROKR. With that said, I can't get a new phone with Cingular until Jan 07, so I'll wait, let the price drop and the compatibility increase. I like the idea, but I would like to see iTunes featured over a larger variety of phones. In all honesty, I was a little disappointed. I was hoping it would be a phone designed by Apple, with more of a Mac look and feel. Instead the phone screams Motorola all over it, and while I still like it and will more likely than not pick it up next time I get a phone, it could be so much more.
The nano, that is something to be admired. Yes, it replaced the iPod mini line. But wow, that's all there is to say. 68% smaller, and a color screen. Beautiful. Also like the combined necklace/headphones for the port in the bottom, and the new features are handy, and I'd like to see them in a new software update. Stopwatch, world clock, and a new lock feature that uses the wheel like a combination lock.
Also things to take note of, Acura, Honda, Audi, and Volkswagen added iPod support for their cars. iTunes 5 was released, with folders, smart shuffle, new Tiger-style search, and a new interface being the main changes.
A nano would accompany my iPod, iPod Photo, and iPod Shuffle nicely...

Re: Apple's iPhone and the iPod Nano
I have two iPods.
One is 20GB, other is mini (6gb). 20GB one has major battery problems, Ipod mini is starting to have battery problems after 8 months of use (I actually replaced the ipod mini with a brand new one because it randomly paused the song).
At present I have no intentions of purchasing another Apple product that has a battery in it.

Re: Apple's iPhone and the iPod Nano
If I have one complaint with my Mini, it would be the battery. It just dosent last very long. But besides that, I love it.
