Okami? Game of the show? ROFL!

Great games don't make Game Of the Show, popular names do.

I've been waiting for Okami for a while, don't get me wrong, but it won't make game of the show. It's too weird, too original, too Japanese. It'll be one of those great games that no one ever plays.

How do you control the brush so swiftly?

That game looks amazing, but I have to agree with Gekko. It does look just too out of the ordinary to attract a casual gaming audience, which is a shame. The biggest marketing flaw I see with the game is that its hard to tell how eager people will be to play as a wolf. People like to relate to their characters, and I don't know how well they will be able to relate to a non-humanoid. Does the wolf speak?

Then again, a turtle fighting plumber became the Hulk Hogan of the gaming world, so anything is possible.

That game is beautiful! The Viewtiful Joe-esque graphics have me sold. And the objective looks very interesting and innovative.

Why isn't this game for Gamecube!

Nice.
Would be great with a touch screen.
Wolf just as in Zelda (I think Okami had it first?).
