Re: March Madness 2005
My hope is that Villanova does well for a couple of reasons. One, because they are one my hometown schools. Two because their center Will Sheridan went to Sanford School in Hockessin, DE. Sanford was in the same conference as my school, and they were ridiculously good...Anyways, I had to the privlege to be on the court at the same time as Will Sheridan, so basically it would be awesome to have someone I played against be in the final four...considering I'm not that good at basketball, haha.

Re: March Madness 2005
Don't have any teams from Colorado in the tournament this year.
In my bracket I filled out I picked North Carolina to win it all, they are a very talented team. I have Illinois making it to the final four, but getting knocked out by Washington.

Re: March Madness 2005
This is really screwed up. I can't believe that Wake Forest is out...and the same with many other teams. Pitt is out and so is Gonzaga, and those are the two teams I usually root for, so now I'm probably going to root for UNC or Wisconsin.

Re: March Madness 2005
Man...what a comeback by Illinois. I was hoping they'd lose, because it would benefit my bracket, even if I have them going to the final four. My dad picked them go to all the way, while I picked North Carolina. Right now my dad and I are tied, and under our point system he can only get two more points, because the only games left that he can get points for are the two games that Illinois is playing. I didn't pick Illnois to go to the final, and based on how all of the upsets have gone, I can only get points on three more games, and those three games are the three that North Carolina has to play. So basically, if North Carolina wins the tournament, I win..but if Illnois wins the tournament, then my dad and I'll be tied, but since Illinois would be the winner of the tournament, my dad would get the tiebreaker. It's interesting that with all the upsets, my dad and I are still that close with points.

Re: March Madness 2005
I'm pissed that 'Nova went down by only one last night...I bet if Sumpter didn't get hurt Villanova would be playing tomorrow night, and that is dissapointing...
I also wish WVU could have hung on too. They were an exciting team.

Out of the teams left, I'm really rooting for Wisconsin. I like them a lot. I was never a fan of Illinois, even though my mom went to that school, and she's from Illinois. I don't like Louisville, MSU, and Kentucky. North Carolina has had its fun in the past..so I think it's Wisconsin's time
