Help me with my World of Warcraft questionnaire :-)

As I somewhat posted a while ago, a friend and my are doing an article on the relation between virtual tourism and MMORPGs. For another course I had to make a questionnaire, so I figured I'd get some more info on the virtual tourism topic.

So attached is the result. If you play WoW or have played it, could you fill it in and attach it again for me? Please colour your answers or something like that. Thanks.

Perhaps people also have some improvements for questionnaire, I'd appreciate that.

PS: the results aren't part of the assignment, I'm just interested in the topic.

Does anyone have experience with building online questionnaires? I know almost nothing of HTML...
