yeah, I heard all about this, but will have to wait to see the video when I've got my cable modem up and running...I think it's pretty careless on ESPN's part to let a totally plastered man be interviewed. But of course, Namath shouldn't be wasted on national TV, both are to blame.

It wasn't as funny as it was depressing. I blame ESPN for it though. Namath was trashed so he probably didn't really have his bearings. Meanwhile ESPN interviews him on live TV when he is obviously drunk and just keeps on going. The director should have ended that segment immediately. ESPN should be ashamed of themselves.
