Meh, I dont really care about them coming to xbox. Vice City was a VERY big disappointment to me and I dont think anyone that have them on the PS2 would want to buy them again.

All I care about is that GTA will use the xboxs' capabilities to take GTA to where it couldnt go on the PS2 in future installments of the series.

Besides True Crime seems much better IMO.

Actually many do buy them again. I have it on PS2 and even i have considered buying it for PC. thing is amazing on PC. new downloads just keep pouring in. new cars, new maps, even mods for it. theres one that tries to recreate new york and lets you drive around there.

As for them taking xbox capabilities. i doubt it. Vice city is prolly it for this console gen, and even next they might decide to do it on PS3 before other consoles.

I hope they give GTA3 some of the gameplay tweaks of GTA:VC... like the better aiming, and the ability to jump out of a car. Also I would like to see custom soundtracks on the Xbox version.

If updates like these are made I will buy it again, if not, well, um, R.I.P. the days of me and GTA

If all it is is a straight port with no major enhancements, then its not worth buying again. But if they actually take advantage of the XBox and make GTA3/VC look good, then it might be worth a buy.

For all the stuff that's in the game, and the huge city and all, I don't think VC looks all that bad... Do you expect them to have MGS2 graphics in a game with much larger areas, many more characters on screen, etc etc?

Oh yeh GTA Vice City

Started playing it thinking "whoa mad" then slowly got bored as I delved further into the game. Then eventually stopped playing it.

Sounds like my story with a lot of games... like Wind Waker and Mario Sunshine

(I'm not taking a shot at Nintendo, those are just the best two examples for me... alongside GTA:VC)

I don't expect MGS2 graphics, but with what I saw, I don't see why Rockstar didn't take the time to make things look better. I doubt that game filled up a whole DVD, so maybe the extra space could've been used to up the graphics some. But oh well, its too late for them to do anything with the gfx's.
