Battle Royale Part6

Rndm_Perfection wipes some sweat off of his face. Spear in hands he tracks the steps of who he believes is Vampyr. He has been following his tracks for quite a while. Suddenly the tracks stop. Hm. You won't get far.

DarkMaster walks with TheGame and BlueFire. after 2 hours of solid walking they leave the forest. DarkMaster squints his eyes. He sees someone in the distance. Is that Jewels? Jewels spots them too. She gets up and starts running. DarkMaster and company run towards where she was. There's two dead bodies. ominub's and knux's.

"Did she kill them?" BlueFire asks.

"No" DarkMaster replies. "They were announces dead at noon. Jewels must have pinched their weapons."

Crono, Ginkasa and Dyne sit at the bottom of the hills at the south end of the island. They break out some food.

"If we're going to die, I say we should enjoy our last hours as much as possible." says Ginkasa.

"Yea. Too bad there's only one girl here. And god only knows where she is." jokes Dyne.

"Like she'd let you touch her."

Everyone laughs and continues eating.

"At the rate this is going, I think this will be over tomorrow." Dyne says.

"I dunno. This could take the full 3 days." says Crono.

Dylflon checks his tracker. There's someone not too far away. Judging from where the announcement on the megaphone came from it was probably The Germanator.

He continues walking. The person on his scanner seems to be staying stationary. Could it be a trap. Maybe I should go to help The Germanator. What if it isn't the Germanator?

Dylflon zooms out of the grid on the scanner. He looks at where everyone is. It looks like there's a few groups. I wonder where Fission and Dyne are.

All of a sudden one of the blips on the screen disappears.

Rndm_Perfection finally sees him. Vampyr is sitting down against a tree. Rndm_Perfection seizes his opportunity. He rushes him. Vampyr turns around with a look of pure horror on his face. Rndm plunges the spear right into Vampyr's chest. Vampyr doesn't appear phased. Vampyr grabs at the spear lodged in his chest. Rndm keeps pushing. Vampyr punches Rndm in the face. Rndm pulls out the spear and moves back. What the ****? He has body armor. Vampyr goes to run. Rndm starts to chase him and stabs Vampyr in the back of the leg. Vampyr falls down screaming. The pain is too much for him. The last thing Vampyr ever sees is Rndm thrusting the spear downwards into his face.

Yugi Starwind and The Strangler walk towards the mountain as they hear the latest announcement.

Classical music plays over the loud speakers.

"Hello everyone. You have been fighting for 18 long hours. Only 1 person has died in the last 6 hours. That person is #20 Vampyr.

I will read to you the new danger zones.

A-4, C-6 and C-1.

I believe you are all now getting tired? Take some time now to sleep. I realize some of you are in groups. Can you really trust the people you are with not to kill you while you sleep? Just a thought."

The music cuts out.

Yugi and The Strangler look at eachother. The Strangler has an idea.

The Strangler is awakened by the midnight announcement. Yugi Starwind's dead body lay next to him.

"Wake up everyone! We want to get a good headstart on day 2!

One more person has been killed. # 3 Yugi Starwind. Here are the new danger zones.

F-4, B-6 and F-1."

Day 2 begins.

What was with the switching from the narrarator to a character's thoughts mid paragraph with no notice? A better way to show what the character is thinking, without showing the characters thoughts word for word, would be to show their reaction from their thought...

Example:

Rndm's eyes widened as he realized that Vampyr was wearing body armor.

Something like that.

*shrugs and walks away*

It never said The Strangler did it. It could have been anyone.

lol.. hmm. I wonder how accurate you would be with an Uzi.. but eh who cares about accuracy when you can spray at more then 30 rounds a min. But you have to remember ammo..

Crap, I died. Im just wondering why no one has made any traps so far? I had body armor, I could have made an excellent one with me being the bait.

Also, these intereactive story things seem to be quite popular and fun. Perhaps this could be an ongoing thing. For example, Dyflon gets done writting this battle royale, then he passes the title of storymaster (I made that up, pretty good, eh) to someone he thinks would do good *points at himself* and they can write a seperate story with a different plot and such that involves the people from GT. It would probably get boring after a while, but then we could just stop, no big deal.

meh...I wouldnt have been sitting under a tree waiting for some lunatic like you to kill me. If I had caught you though, I would have took your spear, cut you up and eaten you for a delicous meal high in protien. I would have painted my face with your blood and cut your head off and carried it in my other hand.

Intimidation can do wonders to the enemy. If I threw a human head at somebody, they would probably be a little to stunned to react to the spear that would follow it.

If I do write an interactive story after Dyflon finishes this one, and I decide that maybe Dyflon should die, you can expect a really gruesome death.
