Ok for any of you who have not seen this game before it was shown at E3 this year and is being done by a group from the Final Fantasy games. Including the lead programmer for Final Fantasy 7,9 and 11.

The game looks to have much potential.

And I believe it's being made by Take Two. Although those Japanese sites are damn hard to read.
