Conflicts with people over the internet

Don't you hate it meet people over the internet who say things, but then can never back up their arguments, and are persistent in saying them? I will use the following PM conversation between myself and another member, who shall remain nameless for several reasons.

I am the only one on the forums that pisses people off? I can name several, actually. And guess what? You are included on that list! I hate to say it, but there are some people who do not like you. I think that you have to accept that, instead of denying it. I know that I have accepting people not liking me. You should too!

Hmm... I do recall reading your earlier post. You said, all in one sentence, mind you, that the topic is really retarded and that you thought that it was "created by one of the least intelligent gaming nerds out there." The topic which you are talking about is the one that was most recently closed. Everybody knows that threads and also known as topics. Therefore, since you are talking about the topic at the beginning of the sentence, I would assume that you are still talking about it when you refer to the creater of the topic at the end of the sentence. If this is incorrect, I advice on possibly taking some grammar lessons or trying to make your posts more clear to the reader. Thanks!

You see? I tried to connect with this individual, but she/he just would not open up and allow me to have a mature conversation with him/her. I hate it when people do this. I mean, if Jonbo and others wanted to be liked by me, I would love for them to just talk to me through PM or email. This shows who the true grownups are, IMO.

Well, has this kind of thing ever happened to you? If so, with whom? And what the the end result like?

I don't have much against you anymore. So I'm neutral with you. But eh, I've let up a little bit on bashing or whatever.

I (from what I remember) was saying "bad" things about Sony and you would say something "interesting" back. But its all "harmless"

Come on people, let's push some buttons. Nothing ails what cures ya like a good arguement! But yeah, I know what you mean Joeiss. Just learn to fight back and take nothing of it. Most bashing comes from those that don't mean it, don't care what response they get, or those that are too confused / too immature to understand the basis of a good arguement. Mostly I like to stick with #1.
