I don't know if anybody here noticed, or cared, but the Capcom Vs. SNK EO demo on the Exhibition disc IS A FULL VERSION OF THE GAME. Sans the Live support. And in Japanese. Still, if you want a pretty good 2-D fighter with a cool novelty C-Stick dealie, its worth the $5.
