problem with MGI PHOTOSUITE 2

IF ANYONE HAS an MGI PHOTOSUITE (any version) you could probably be most helpful, for the past 3 months or so everytime i turn on my computer i receive an error message that says, "A Required .DLL file, MNYADV.DLL was not found, now i've ran scandisk, virus checks, and yet cant find anything wrong, and just a few days ago my MGI shutdown, i cant load it or open it anymore. I looked through the files and the same message to open it came up with the .DLL warning, i dont know if its an undetected virus, i scan everything before i download them and havent downloaded or installed any new programs within the last month to corrupt anything if anyone can help me with this situation it would sure help me alot. If not then ill contact gateway support help about the situation (but they take forever and arent as informative)

but anyway, I have Photosuite, but i'm not to sure how to fix your problem. sorry

did you try reinstalling the program?

Oh yes, the much hated .DLL files. They have been giving me problems for years. Try reinstalling...other than that...your prolly screwed...

forum closed.. gateway's online tech support manually went through my system, after mgi became destroyed it hit my norton, the tech deleted a **** load of .dll files like over 100 now mgi is back and working and i had to reload norton,, but there is still another .dll bug called MSCOFD.DLL it appears when i open windows, other than that thats all im looking for this post can be closed
