Only ones I'm really interested in. And you should know better Stu, RE5 won't be on PS2. Nintendo has exclusive rights to the actual series. It will be on Gamecube if anything. I am expecting them to hold it off for a while though, otherwise people will be Resident Eviled out.

I thought it was they were getting the RE remake, RE0, and RE4 exclusively (and the ports of RE2, 3 and CV, even though they're not exclusive cuz they're already on other systems

Just checked, IGN is the one making assumptions. Sorry Stu.

The deal doesn't include RE5. IGN is assuming RE will go multi-platform after that, or at least be on PS2. I on the other hand, am not so sure. I got a feeling it may go multi-platform, but at least be on GC. You don't release the entire series on one system, get all the RE fans on one platform, and then throw the next game on something else. I could see ports, but I couldn't see them ditching GC after it has all 6 games in the series on it, with half of them exclusive.

Plus, the RE team has had time with the GC hardware, and has produced some great results. If anything, they would likely port it off of Gamecube. RE Online is definetly lacking in the graphics department, and GC's graphics did add a lot to the game.

I think IGN is just making blind assumptions thinking everything will go to PS2. What next? they expect a port of Tekki? I got a feeling Nintendo will get its hands on RE5 as well, exclusively. Might as well keep it through the end of this generation, and they can throw a few bucks around to get it.

Heh, you realize RE2 is on 5 systems, RE3 on 4, and RE:CV on 3? The only systems without RE2 in the past 2 generations were Saturn and Xbox. That's also not including the PC and Game.Com versions, and of course there were multiple versions on PSX, though not as many as with the original RE, which has appeared on 4 systems, has 3 versions on PSX, and been remade.

This is as bad as Pokemon.

See, gekko, the contract ends at RE4. I couldn't care less if RE5 comes to PS2 though, because I don't like the series...but if Capcom had any brains, they'd do something to make the title appear on PS2 because they'd make a lot of money.

SOCOM US Navy Seals Add On Disk (online) (SCE) - Is this confirmed, and if so, WOW! And when is the release for?!?!?! SOCOM has gotten quite the boring, and is collecting dust on my shelf right now. An add-on will spark my interest most definately.

Ratchet and Clank 2 (SCE) - Simply put, I am buying this game.

Syphon Filter Online (SCE) - This one looks like it could be interesting... I kind of liked the games on PSX, so I'll give this a rent.

Jak and Daxter 2 (SCE) - I'll buy/rent this when I am finished Ratchet and Clank 2.

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas? (Rockstar) - I might buy this... but I wasn't impressed with Vice City, so I do not know what I will do.

Yeah, the game is based on the new cartoon show airing on FoxBox now. They have some early artwork seems to be cel-shaded.
