Default THPS4=Best online game I've ever played

I haven't played many so this isn't saying much

I will say that it's more fun than Madden online (beta version)... and that takes a lot for a person like me to say.

For a 56ker like myself, no lag, and 8 player multi-play online is outstanding. Even if you don't have 56k, I suggest anybody play this game online.

Hmmm.... I think that I will be renting this game during the Christmas holiday.... Yeah.... So, maybe we'll play against eachother.

How is the menu setup for the online mode? Is there a lobby or something?

Justin, we should play against each other online...and it is great, although I would say that SOCOM blows it out of the water as far as online play is concerned...

I'm not that good though

I'm putting up like 80,000-100,000 point combos when a couple guys are putting up 1 million point combos...it's insane

Seems cool but shouldn't this be in PS2Online? I really don't care but just wondering... We might as well make some use for it.

Thanks... As for the game, I really am not into Tony Hawk games anymore. The 3rd one was enough for me. Same with Mario Party 4. But since this one is online then I guess it's worth the purchase.

THPS4's gameplay is exactly the same (is that so bad?), but the game itself is nothing like THPS3... the options, the carrer mode, whole different experience.

I used to think I am too good for THPS... this game humbled me a lot. Watching a guy pull off a 37 million point combo online made me feel like I have a LOT to learn.

Don't worry, Justin. That was probably some 47 year old man who won the lottery 20 years ago, lives in his parent's basement, and plays video games all day.

Hmmm..... Sounds like the dream life for me.
