ALttP is great. But like Crono said, OoT just slightly beats out LttP IMO.

2) Presentation (for it's time): OoT
3) Gameplay: OoT
4) Bigger effect on me at release: OoT
5) Story Line/Story Flow: OoT
So um yeah, you can guess my opinion

A Link to the Past. You just can't beat the 2d action I'm sorry...Ocarina of Time was a classic, but it didn't have anywhere near the effect that LttP had on me, not even close.

A year ago I would have voted ALttP... untill I played it again. 
ALttP was great to play, but it's also short and simple. OoT has great gameplay, great story AND it's long and complicated sometimes. Like with all the prominent races.
