i've been looking for that ice-cream truck forever so i can take it back to the garage at portland docks! i've only seen it once but i wasn't collecting the cars then so i passed it by. can you tell me where to find it please?

and i also need to find the bus. not the coach, but the bus.

well I'm not sure if there is a fast way to get the bus, but to get the ice cream truck, the only way I think you can get one is by doing fire truck missions... eventually one of the fires you have to put out is an ice cream truck, and once it's out, get out of the fire truck and get into the ice cream truck...

as for the bus... I think it just randomly appears sometimes in certain areas... I've seen it mainly like on staunton island towards the outside rim of the island and near the campus, I think... but I dunno...
