If Batman and Doctor Who had a crossover which villains would they fight?

Best I can come up with so far is Mr. Freeze + Daleks (Freeze wants to use the technology in the Dalak shells to bring his wife back to life or something), but Im sure there are better combinations than that

Joker and the Master (at least the last incarnation). They can get down to the Scissor Sisters together and wheel around their respective counterparts.

@Teuthida: I was thinking the Master, but he seemed a little bit too dark for something a silly as a Batman/Doctor Who crossover, but its not like it couldnt work.

Which Doctor?
If the Joker, which interpretation of the Joker?

My personal preference would be DickBats and the Matt Smith Doctor, if only to see Damian pick on the Doctor's fashion sense and use of hot female companions. And knowing Dick he'd probably try and hit on Amy, he tried hitting on Batwoman after all.
