I pretty much knew the Batman thing.
I mean most of the character was pulled from different sources and stuff.

Apparently the X-Men thing isn't true, it was only a 3-month different and the other comic was being published while Stan Lee was writing X-Men so he wouldn't have known.

But who cares, nothing in literature is original. If people really want to get anal we need to go back and look at caveman drawings or Egyptian and Greek mythology.
