It took me 33 hours to beat the game doing less than half of the stuff. Im happy.

Depends if its a new story world, or a new empty side quest world. We'll see.

It looks to me like a whole new story world in terms of content, but a "side quest" in that it doesn't expand much on the main story

I'd love to see the developers start populating many of the barren disequest worlds instead of creating new ones. I could really see the entire Mass Effect universe becoming quite vibrant and rich.

But then again, the scarcity of living planets did reallt add to the foreboding atmosphere. Its that atmosphere and sense of loneliness in a huge empty universe that really separated that game from the KOTOR games.

Kind of a toss up.

But yes seeing as how I am playing through my Mass Effect again I picked up the DLC for it. I havent played it yet but it is on my galaxy map just taunting me. :P I will post impressions when I have defeated the evil forces.

I still haven't beaten it yet - there's this small little game called MGS4 that's been consuming me.

Well it seems that there is going to be a second Mass Effect novel. Comes out next month.
