I don't off the top of my head.

But for clarification you want to ping an IP at regular intervals, or nonstop? One is useful, the other can be moderately malicious.

you can just make a bath file...it's not hard

ping xx.xx.xx.xx -t

that will ping the ip until you tell it to stop...just go to CMD and type ping /? it will tell you what options you got...
