Help me remember (Survivor)

Help me remember what the past Survivor themes were and who won them. I know Night Stormer won (was that the first?), but I don't know the order or which was which.

Survivor I: Mario, WINNER: Night Stormer
Survivor II: Zelda (had Fire Link and Shadow Link Tribes), WINNER: Yoda9864 (runner up: Mushlafa)
Survivor III: Rogue Squadron, WINNER: Ridley (runner-up: Jason1)
Survivor IV: Resident Evil, WINNER: GameMaster (runner-up: Vampyr)

Didnt one of them have a star wars theme or something? I seem to remember one with themes like Hoth, or the frozen plains of Hoth or something...

So I found my backup copy of the old database from Jan 2002 and before. I searched for Survivor stuff and have updated the listing based on what I found. I was sure Yoda won Suvivor II but according to what I found it might have been Mushlafa. Anyone remember one way or another?

Also I found this lovely quote from myself:

I roll my dollar bills and then shove them up my peehole. It burns real bad, but no one would ever steal them. Don't even ask where I keep my driver's license.

I have no idea what that was in reference to or why I would say such a thing.

Edit: Yoda and Mushlafa were definitely the final two in Survivor II, but who won?

My favorite part of winning was all the friendships I collected along the way. :-)

Another remarkable feature was that the S.T.A.R.S. tribe only lost one challenge. By the looks of it they went into the merge with a 7-3 advantage. Quite impressive.
