If anyone is interested, the story is getting a little more interesting. The family is planning to counter-sue the guy because he "harassed" the teenage girl online (which he didn't.. I mean that girl was calling his friend a white bitch). It also turns out that the girl and her family sold the Sidekick. I can't possibly see how they can hold their stance in court. He really has them cornered. But the NYPD situation is really sad... so who knows what could happen.
