video chair, how i love thee
Just wanted to let everyone know that I finally got ahold of my favorite video chair. My parents had these rocking chairs that sit on the floor when I was younger and we discovered that they were great for playing video games. Well, we had to get rid of those. Then they got really popular lately but we couldn't find any that were just like the ones we had and at a reasonable price.
Well, rejoice, because I now own a video rocker! check it out:

Personally, ive never owned one. But I do suppouse they would be perfect, only I need to sit slightly higher up than that to get the good light on my rear projection HDTV.

Gabe from Penny Arcade called them Banana Chairs. Supposedly they're available from Ikea.
I've never tried one myself. I like the couch more anyways.

Yeah, the pocket is new to me too. I am not really sure it will be used for, but i'm sure I can find something... remote perhaps. they are so comfortable though
