thats right! Apparently a new web browser has been ripped from the game Tenchi no Mon, and a launcher has been modified to launch it. The way this set up, the launcher comes with all the ripped game files, so you do not even need the game to run this. This browser also supports switching to us ascii in the text entry dialog. This just makes the decision of updating to 2.00 alot harder. We might be able to host the launcher if some one is willing to extract it from the game files but since you would be downloading the game that has the launcher with it would be pointless. Find the rip at your usual places news groups, bit torrent, and lime wire.
and you can use it by following instructions
2. Dowload the RAR file and save it to harddrive http://www.psp-hacks.com/downloads/tenchi_browser_with_loader(pspcrazy.com).rar
3. Open the RAR and and put the folder "BRW_GAME" in to ms_root (Open psp drive and paste there)
4. Copy BRW and BRW% into psp/game
5. Go to psp and open the file under game.
6. When it says google push "O"
7. Push "0" again on the long set of Jap letters. (should be 1st set)
8. Choose your connection. (Home, Starbucks...)
9. Push "0" on your connection name

**To navigate the site use the up, left, down, right keys.
**To input text go to text box and push "O" push select 3 times to get english. If you only do it twice it will not actually be english for some reason. Use circle to input the letters.

**If you wish to get back to home screen push "Triangle" then "O"
***On this screen you can put as many links to as many sites as you want. To add your own links here are some directions.
1. Hook up your psp and go to USB mode
2. Open the folder \BRW_GAME\USRDIR\BROWSER
3. Right click on the file named index
4. Click edit
5. Type the name of the website (Yahoo)
6. Highlight and right click the name and click "HYPERLINK"
7. at the bottom type the entire address to the site
http://www.yahoo.com
8. save the file and open your browser and just click on the new link.
