Default Mega Memory Problems?

http://cube.ign.com/articles/356/356146p1.html

From IGN.com:
"Last Friday IGNcube reviewed InterAct's Mega Memory Card 16x. The 8MB card has drawn lots of attention thanks to its $30 price point and unmatched storage capacity. Unfortunately, we've gotten numerous letters post-review in regards to the card's reliability. Users have cited issues with corrupt files and erasure."

What did they expect from a Interact card. I dont think that should even be news. A third party card has erasure and corrupt files, what a shocker.

It's a third party product. What do you expect. My N64 controller from interact broke after a week and the controller that came with the n64 still works to this day.
