Okaaay...

Word of advice: pick a smaller picture next time. When you shrink a huge picture like that to make it into your avatar, you lose a lot.

But if you really want to use it, here you go.

Ouch - that really messes up the picture.

Yeah, like Xantar said, if you're going to take a huge picture and make it small, you're going to loose a lot. If you start with a medium size picture and make it smaller, you can probably still get good results, and something that's a little small to something a little smaller gives the best results.
