Re: how can i fix my computer
First, and foremost, discover the awesome power of the period. Then, learn how to use the comma, which is similar to the period. However, if you note, the comma generally seperates similar thoughts that create a whole idea.
Reformat. That's about all I can offer you. When is the last time you reformated? Reformating your computer every few years isn't a bad idea anyway, because a lot of useless crap that takes up dead space is hidden in the registry, and often, very hard to access without reformating.
And as far as a "system operation" goes, you can run Windows, so I would imagine you are fine. Windows, especially 98, has this problem were it tries to access programs that no longer exist (I think it's due to the registry), and it often gets tied up. That could be it? Or maybe you just deleted an important file or something. I say reformat! But that's just me.
