Imre is accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old boy, her own daughter's friend from the Stratford neighborhood where both families live.

"I think it's awful. she must be sick."

Imre's Mother says of her daughter,"She was not in her right mind."

It all came to light when the victim's family found a letter from Imre telling the third grader "I want you".

Victim's mother says,"Purely disgusting."

Imre told police their relationship was like a fantasy. She was the girlfriend and he was the boyfriend, and someday, they could end up together in a relationship.

Victim's mother says,"How is that a fantasy. She acted on it. That's no fantasy."

The alleged incidents occurred at Imre's home with her 7-year-old daughter downstairs.

Tammy Imre is in custody and the victim's mother tells me she thinks it's okay for her son to stay in the neighborhood and go to school but she plans on getting him counseling.

"He is okay because now she can't do anything to him."

Judge calls her a danger to the community.

Imre's being held on $250,000 bonds and due back in court later this month.

If convicted, Imre could serve more than 20 years in prison.

Well I guess people must be like that for a reason. I hear those type of people are really intelligent (like child molesters and stuff). LIke their IQ is really high and they are that bored that they find interest in things like having sex with young children (which of course I am totally against). Just trying to imagine how one would end up like that.

i really hate people who mess with kids....seriously, waht u do to a kid stays with him/her forever and when they grow up its not a very pretty picture...scared for life...i dont think u need to be extremely intelligent to be a child molester....u jsut need to be extremely sick and .... and...omg...im speechless...someone finish that for me...

The boy couldn't have sex with her anyways, but the general society says that guys control the sexual arena. So like, if a guy comes onto a young girl, its bad cause the girl supposedly has no control. When a older woman comes onto a younger guy, I guess its not as bad.

Anyway, I think in sexual situations, it is equally in control by the man and the woman... it shouldn't be ok for girls messing with under aged guys, or guys messing with under aged girls... both ways it is bad.

If this was sex and not rape, both have to allow each other to do it... In my eyes the girl has more control, I'd only go as far as one would allow me to. And most guys would have a very hard time turning it down from a girl they are attracted to. I'm not a girl so I don't know if its the same case both ways :P
