That was a really good ep. Really nice seeing Ben interact with Alex in the alternate timeline, his speech with Ilana, Jack going all crazy, and of course Richard.

Miles is a dick.
Am I remembering this incorrectly or in the past didn't Miles say he couldn't get any reading from ashes; that he needed a physical body. And then of course when we first saw him use his power outside of the island as a job there was neither available when he was asking the ghost kid where the money was hidden. Either he's lying or the writers are extremely inconsistent.
