I think it's 140 characters but it doesn't matter, 160 is all good.

As a side-note, there's an actual term for this, it's called a log line. I only know this because of a film class I took. But it's basically a one sentence summary of the pitch that people give to studios when proposing a movie or TV show.

Just want to make sure Twitter doesn't get undue credit.
