Not all candy bars have chocolate in them, and candy is a much more swift and efficient word than chocolate. I guess American's tend to be more swift and efficient *shrugs* ¦¬Þ.
Ah yes... and then there's the whole "Pop, Soda, and Soda-Pop" with a little mix of "cola and coke". I'll try not to get too deep into that though.
It's Soda, by the way... pop is a verb, not a noun
