It's just that... well, you play as a cop.... I don't think you can just go and steal a car whenever you want and cruise around town while killing people in the streets. Can you find a random person in the streets and start hitting him or kill him? 
From some of the videos, I've only seen the main character drive that red convertible. So can you just go around doing all that stuff? |
From what i understand you can, its got the same basic story line as driver, u'r an UNDERCOVER cop, which gives you a lot more freedom....i think
