Probably, if they even make a online game.

No.

Can we use our own Service Provider?

Yes.

Why did Nintendo go with AOL?

Probably for the marketability, and maybe AOL just wanted to team up as well.
Heh, AOL's stock is up for the first time in a long tme, AOL 9.0 is out and they know they're hurting, but they're imporving relations with the Time Warner Branch, AOL 9.0 is 2000x better than AOHell 8.0 and they haven't been barragng anyone with 9.0 drink coasters, so I think Nintendo saw it this way: Stock is up, people are happy, AOL's big, let's make a deal and get some ca$h out of it.

AOL Users with Broadband such as myself will probably get to play games first (Sucks to be you non-AOL Users now, doesn't it?) and maybe a Discount or something, this is what a buisiness allience is about, getting more money and who knows, maybe Time Warnerr will one day sell AOL to Nintendo, now there's an interesting thought!
