The "Snake Guy" appears after you beat Riku. When you talk to Carpet in Aladdin's world, he takes you to the boss. He has a cobra for a head, hence the name "Snake Guy". After I wrote that I tried again and came so close, but he killed me with his stupid spinning attacks. I only had to hit him like three more times. ERRR! So frustrating.
