Nah, that's not necessary. There are perfectly fine fantasy tavern images out there. All you have to do is find a good font, and you've got a sharp looking entrance image.

Aaaactually, after checking that site out, it says that the picture is taken from an artist from Elfwood (Hai Phan).

Not sure it can be used as the front for GameTavern without asking for permission from both the artist and the man/company that comissioned him to draw it.
